Shipping policy

Processing Time:

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Packaging: 

• All cards are shipped in a penny sleeve and top loader (or one-touch magnetic case or graded slabs) to ensure they arrive in the same condition they left. Sealed wax and larger items are shipped in bubble mailers or boxes with protective padding.

Shipping Methods:

• Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.
• Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed once the order has been delivered to the carrier.

Where We Ship:

•  We currently ship to the United States only.

Tracking:

• Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email and tracking information, if included with shipping selection. 

Damaged or Lost Packages:

•  If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days with photos and we'll work with you to make it right.
